LANGUAGE

The official languages of the symposium is English and Turkish.  

There will not be a translation option during the symposium.

·         Türkçe sunum yapmak isteyen katılımcılarımızın bildiri özetlerini Türkçe göndermeleri, İngilizce sunum yapmak isteyen katılımcılarımızın da bildiri özetlerini İngilizce göndermeleri rica olunur.

·         Sunumlar, özetlerin gönderilmiş dil üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir.

All symposium rooms are equipped with acomputer and  projector. To ensure the smooth running of the symposium, speakers are kindly requested to have their presentations uploaded on the desktop of their presentation room in a timely manner (namely either the day before for early morning sessions or early in the morning for the afternoon sessions).

Time limit for each presentation is 15 minutes.

Each paper must be presented only by the author who wrote the paper

Co-authored papers will be presented by different co-authors

Poster Presentations

The poster should be a maximum size of A1 (841 mm wide x 594 mm high) for landscape layout or A0 (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high) for poster layout.

Please, bring your printed poster with you when you arrive to the event. We will not be able to print the posters on site.

Virtual Presentations

For the researchers who are not able to personally attend the symposium (usually due to insufficient funding for conference expenses: travel, accommodation, registration, etc.), a virtual participation option has been established.

This option’s validity is not different than the physical presentation.

Virtual participants can submit / present only one abstract at the symposium.

The virtual participants will get the same certificate. These researchers will be able to prepare a virtual presentation to be presented in the session of virtual presentations.

The details and the guidline will be send to each parricipants’ e-mail adresses after their submissions.

Mobile Phone Policy

Please respect the symposium policy and switch off mobile phones in all symposium rooms and in the exhibition and poster areas.
